When will I have my KĀMA mat?
We are stoked that you are excited for your mat to arrive and are doing our very best to get them to your doorstep quickly! All orders placed through our website are packed and shipped within 1-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has left our hands, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (through UPS, Fedex or USPS).
Then let the fun begin! Do a little dance and give thanks to your delivery person.
Do you ship internationally?
We can! Unfortunately as a small company, international distribution is not the most economical option, but we will work with you to get Kāma to your far away destination! At checkout, choose the option for international shipping. We will then work with you to find the best carrier and rate. Depending upon the country, the charge may range from $25-100 USD per mat.
Can I return my mat for a full refund?
We hope that you LOVE your mat and can only refund you if the mat is in new condition (unwashed, no stains, no wear and tear) within 30 days of purchase. We are a tiny company, so we ask that you take responsibility for shipping the mat back to us. Shoot us an email at hello@kamasurface.co before you do so.
When sending back products, we recommend using UPS or another service provider which allows tracking >> we cannot not take any responsibility for lost packages.
Once received, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.
We are not responsible for any stains, marks, damages, or discoloration that occurs after the mat is used.
